Termini di servizio

Ultimo aggiornamento: 28 ottobre 2026

Chi fornisce Broli

Raffaele Esposito, sviluppatore indipendente in Italia.

I tuoi dati

Restano tuoi. Come li trattiamo lo spiega la privacy.

Broli Pro

Terms of service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

By using Broli, the app for iPhone and Apple Watch, and the Broli plugin for ChatGPT you accept these terms. They're short: if anything is unclear, write to support@broli.app.

Who provides Broli

Raffaele Esposito, an independent developer in Italy.

Not medical advice

Broli helps you write routines and log workouts. It is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor or a professional. Before starting a program, especially if you have health issues or injuries, ask a doctor. You choose the exercises and loads that suit you, and you train at your own risk.

Routines made with ChatGPT

Routines you get from the plugin are written by OpenAI's model, not by us: they may contain mistakes or not suit you. Review them in Broli before using them. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms.

Your data

It stays yours. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Broli Pro

Subscriptions and purchases go through the App Store and follow Apple's standard license. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple: see support.

Fair use

Don't use Broli or the plugin's server for unlawful purposes, to overload it or to get around its limits.

Warranties and liability

Broli is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it: keep a backup. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or the plugin. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the consumer rights of the country where you live.
